New York City Criminal Courts (summons arraignment parts) have opened in all counties following a long Covid 19 shutdown. If your company has been issued pink summonses and fails to appear on its rescheduled court date, it can be found guilty because of this default. The court will send the company a CRC 39A Form. See below. As an alternative to paying these fines, the company can make an application, by its counsel, to vacate the default convictions and restore the case to the calendar. Once the case is back on the calendar, we can present proof of repair and compliance in defense of the charges.
